Tune in at your own risk but make sure the insurance is paid before taking off with WHLW-FM Hallelujah 104.3 “Rush Hour of Power” weekdays from 3:00 til 7:00 p.m. with Yvette Bullard-Dillard.  She has been dubbed the “First Lady of Gospel” by those who have enjoyed her on the airwaves for some 20-years.

Bullard-Dillard a native of Montgomery was educated in the Montgomery Public School System. She furthered her education at Alabama State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s of Language Arts. Away from the airwaves, Bullard-Dillard receives much gratification in her profession as a career educator with the Alabama State Board of Education which affords her the privilege to play a major role in the lives of those she absolutely loves – children!

Bullard-Dillard and husband Michael are the proud parents of sons, Michael Anthony and Evan Micah. If that doesn’t keep them busy enough, they are also local promoters responsible for bringing to the Montgomery market many premiere gospel artists. The couple worships at the Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church where Reverend Walter Ellis is the pastor.
